These engaging workshops are designed to support Catholic educators/administrators in their educational equity work, to ensure that every student reaches their highest potential. Using E3’s specialized tools (Educational Strengths Assessment Tool, Engagement Identification Tool, Equity Empowerment Tool) you will:

• Gain practical strategies to increase student engagement
• Incorporate Cultural Resilience in the classroom and beyond
• Develop a self-reflective practice to reduce implicit bias
