Joe-Joe McManus, PH.D.

Joe-Joe McManus hails from Massachusetts, and was raised there and in the D.C. metro area of Maryland. For more than twenty-five years, McManus has worked diligently to promote educational equity, the highest quality education for underrepresented students, and multicultural education and school leadership development. Professionally his work focuses on the intersections of diversity, education and leadership. Currently Dr. McManus serves as adjunct faculty to Boston College’s Lynch Leadership Academy, and continues his work as a consultant while working on a second book which is focused on leadership education. McManus is also a member of the Diversity Collegium think tank, and serves on the Advisory Board for InYourClass.com
